TapLynk Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TapLynk, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding order cancellations, refunds, replacements, and service-related issues for all TapLynk products and services.

By purchasing from TapLynk, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Customized Products

TapLynk products such as:

  • NFC Digital Visiting Cards
  • QR Code Stands
  • Google Review QR Products
  • Mini Website Setups
  • Custom Branding Materials

are personalized and customized specifically for each customer.

Because of this customized nature:

  • All confirmed orders are generally non-cancellable.
  • Refunds are not applicable once customization or production has started.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Customization/Processing

Orders may be cancelled only if production or customization has not yet started.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately through our support channels.

After Customization/Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once:

  • Printing has started
  • NFC encoding is completed
  • QR customization is completed
  • Products are shipped
  • Digital setup work has begun

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible under the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defect

If the product received has:

  • NFC chip malfunction
  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect product due to our error
  • Physical damage during manufacturing

customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Required Proof

To process any refund or replacement request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product photos/videos
  • Proof of issue or damage

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor color/design variations
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services
  • Digital setup fees
  • Subscription charges already activated
  • Failure to use or understand the product after delivery

5. Replacement Policy

Eligible defective products may be replaced instead of refunded, depending on the issue.

Replacement approval is subject to verification by the TapLynk support team.


6. Digital Services

Services including:

  • Mini website setup
  • Profile customization
  • QR code generation
  • NFC linking
  • Branding setup
  • Social media integrations

are non-refundable once the work has started or the service has been delivered.


7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to our mistake or a defective product.


8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method whenever possible

Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.
