Refunds

Due to the customized nature of NFC cards, QR products, and digital services:

• All customized product sales are final.
• Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
• No refunds will be provided for incorrect customer information submitted during ordering.

Digital setup fees and subscription services are generally non-refundable once activated.
